This premium performance Rutlands® router table features the R5016 bench router table and R5010 insert plate.

Bench Top Router Table
This bench top router table is compact in size without compromising on performance, making it ideal for use in a professional workshop with limited space. The legs and braces on this router table stand are made from 35mm tubular steel for guaranteed strength and rigidity.

The 600mm by 400mm table top ensures excellent workpiece support and is laminated on both faces with a low friction, premium-grade phenolic, which is highly wear resistant. The 2mm phenolic laminate is sandwiched around a 27mm solid moisture-resistant composite core which prevents the absorption of atmospheric moisture, eliminating the risk of warping or distortion of the table surface when working in cold or damp workshops. Set into the top is a 19mm extruded aluminium T track for use with mitre gauges, feather boards, stops and home made jigs. Machined into the table top is an aperture measuring 298 by 235mm, complete with a self levelling mechanism in each corner to flush mount Rutlands® aluminium insert plates and router lifts.

The router table fence is precision CNC machined from aircraft-grade aluminium with a black anodized finish. On the top face of the fence is a metric scale and a 8.3mm T Track for use with Rutlands® flip stops and on the front face there is another 8.3mm T Track for mounting Rutlands® feather boards and the height adjustable router bit guard. The two sub-fences are made from a solid composite with a low friction, phenolic laminate surface to ensure smooth movement of the workpiece. The fences can be adjusted, tool free, to accommodate any router bit from 10mm to 125mm in diameter and the outfeed sub-fence can be off-set to allow for edge planning. With 125mm of travel, the position of the fence is adjusted quickly and easily with no tools required, simply by turning the two tall, easily accessible knobs.

A 63mm dust port on the rear of the fence and a large underbody dust bag with a further 63mm dust port allow for efficient dust collection.

Router Table Insert Plate
This router table insert plate is made from 10mm anodized aluminium and is extremely strong, perfectly flat and features an abrasion resistant finish. The plate is compatible with all plunge routers with a maximum base diameter of 200mm. An 90mm aperture accommodates large router bits, whilst the two polycarbonate click-fit insert rings of 50mm and 35mm are used with smaller diameter bits. To mount a router, you use the router's sub-base as a template to drill the plate, having positioned the set-up ring and centering pin to ensure your router is centrally mounted. A series of fine-thread adjustment screws allow you to level the plate perfectly flush with the table. The insert plate is supplied with a top mounted guide pin, featuring a free-spinning plastic barrel to enables free hand and pattern shape routing.©
